Referral for emergency root canal, instead he extracts a supportive tooth for a bridge. He did not follow referral instructions that the infection above eyetooth was emergency treatment first priority, then he refused follow up care, after making mistake fearing being reported, not saving a patient's life.

DUTY TO THE COMMUNITY

Section 1. Primary Duty – The dentist’s , dental hygienist’s, and dental technologist’s primary duty of serving the public is accomplished by giving his/ her professional service to the best of his/her capabilities in accordance with established standards of care and by conducting himself/herself in a manner befitting a professional of high esteem.

Section 2. Emergency Service – A dentist, dental hygienist, and dental technologist when consulted in an emergency by the patient of another, shall attend ONLY to the conditions leading to the emergency.
He did not follow referral from Dr Ramos, an emergency treatment referral, then left me to die, refused treatment after he extracts tooth not following through with emergency treatment because I asked why. I now am having Right sided heart failure due to this eyetooth infection. We are all waiting for his ethical response to save a foreigner life. He has all dental records and has not referred me to oral surgeon or continue treatment. Is this a Christian? I only want him to follow Philippine Dental Law, and only wish to get help, as the COVID-19 pandemic has been bad for all, we all need to be good, ethical, humane people. This should make all Filipinos mad, that his actions are potentially discriminating and uncaring of Human Life, which is not the way of the Philippines. I've lived here a long time and love this beautiful culture and friendly people. It's a shame. I'm scared now, he will leave me to die, rather than be a man of ethical principal.
