okay ang customer service pero hinay kaayo ang delivery sa result, it takes a lot of follow up and waste of time.

Brought my Windows 11 laptop here for boot drive upgrade. Did asked for most experience technician upon arrival. Did request for backup and restore before boot drive upgrade. After drive upgrade, they suppose restore all configurations and previously installed apps, but they didn’t! They did fresh install of non-licensed OS and software. Do you know how pissed off I am for spend dollars again on MS Office, Norton, etc? They took almost 2 weeks and in the end result is I have to reconfigured everything; from licensed software to config apps. If they do backup and restore properly we wouldn’t have this problem! Don’t go here if you value the content of your laptop. Since I gave them access to my personal computer for upgrade, I am watching dark web and any unauthorized charging on any of my accounts! Surely love to bring civil suite down on these people and especially the technician if there any foul play found
