This particular branch in Sibulan, Negros Oriental is awesome! A far cry and exact opposite of that in Calindagan, Dumaguete city. I highly recommend this branch. The service team are people oriented. The place was clean and has enough parking for everyone. Less hassle, less drama, pure service. Please don't go to citi hardware Dumaguete branch. That place should get closed long time ago.

CITI Sibulan branch is my favorite place to go, friendly stuff, dili naka mag paabot ug kinsay mo tabang nimu kay mga proactive kaayo ug mga trabahanti. The best is I purchased lot's of stuff here and they give me discounts. ☺
They have so many different kind tiles you can choose from.
Toilet sets are cheap but doable.
MDF are cheap.
Everything you need in 1 store, construction materials, gardening materials.

Personally I think it has more variety and some lower prices than the one in the city.

My personal favorite hardware store in the area. I have had much better shopping experiences at this particular store than at the one in Dumaguete. The staff just seem to be happier and more attentive here in Sibulan. This is the closest shopping experience I have found to previous visits to the mega hardware stores in the USA. Not exactly the same but fairly close.

Even though I live in Dumaguete I go all the way to this citi hardware because the service is amazing !!!! Ask for Ruth she is the best sales person in the Philippines!!!! And there is lots and lots of parking and it's just off the diversion road !!!!
