The housekeeping team kept my room impeccably clean, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, and the food was not only delicious but beautifully presented.

I was also impressed by the concierge service. They provided invaluable recommendations for local attractions and helped me plan my itinerary, making my visit to The Roof is truly memorable.

Clean and comfortable room. Excellent choice of breakfasts and great location - on the main road and close to tricycles and bus station. Amazing staff - we chose this hotel as it was close to St. Pio Hospital. We did not have our own transport and had to attend to an emergency in the middle the night, the rain was heavy and there were no tricycles but the Receptionist went out of her way to make sure we got there and back. Overall the staff were kind, friendly and attentive. Thank you for looking after us.

Best option in the city. Everyone is polite and nice. Rooms were spacious and clean, although in the pricier point for the location and amenities

Had a really good night's sleep here with the cool and quiet AC, soft and clean sheets, and comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent staff, courteous and helpful. Perfect location along the National Highway. There was enough parking space when we visited.

Cons: No hot shower. Breakfast could have more generous servings.

First hotel in Iba, Zambales deviating from the usual resort hotel set up. Ideal for weary travellers as it is along the road. The hotel exudes a welcoming ambiance. Very artistic decors, great breakfast and accomodating staff. Minimimalist yet elegant hotel. Squeaky clean kitchen. Well recommended to everyone.
December 31, 2022, we are here again at the roof.The Roof hotel will always be a 5 stars for me.Especially now that they have already installed a solarius EV charging station.I think the first one in the province. This hotel is really riding the technological advancement on hand.Kudos to the owners.

Modern. Rooms are very nice and clean. Strictly follows IATF covid-19 protocols. Above all, the staff is very accommodating and goeout of their way to assist guests. Will be staying here next time I am in the area.

The best hotel in IBA, maybe even the best in Zambales.

The fact that this hotel have a proper water system using chlorine to counter parasites, make it the best hotel in the region. This is my first time in IBA, ZAMBALES without getting a water parasite.

We stayed in the Superior Twin room for a total of 15 nights. It was a very pleasant stay. Very good service and kind staff, that were always ready to help you. The room was nice with lots of space to put your things. Small fridge, low noise aircon, complementary coffee and purified water. The TV had Netflix and used an Android system, which is one of the best I've seen on any hotel we have stayed on (even better than some 5 star hotels). Nice and clean bathroom.

Soundproofing was not very good, you could hear everything going on in the hall area, even sometimes in the other rooms, but it wasn't too bad in my opinion. Coffee wasn't very good, but after my wife complaint, they suddenly had the best coffee.

The breakfast had to be ordered everyday in advance. They have a good selection of different dishes and we tried a lot of them. All we tried tasted very good. Would be nice, if you could select to have some distilled water instead of purified, since we, Europeans, don't have such strong stomachs.

There's a big shopping center just besides the hotel called CSI, which we used a lot to buy distilled water etc. The private hospital is also across CSI and it was very nice.

I can recommend this hotel to anyone staying in or in the area of IBA.

This is the first hotel in the Philippines with EV Charging powered by Solarius EV Charging. Comfortable room + a full charge!!!
