I would like to express my gratitude to the Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Hospital and its staff doctors ,nurses and everyone involved in my. brother Eulogio’s care. He feels that the treatment he is getting is exemplary. Proud to be a zambaleno!

Facility wise, every year laki ng ini-improve. :)

Smooth naman processing ng new patients kaso walang doctor para macheck yung mayoma ko at iba pang gusto magpacheck sa obgyne nung araw na nagpunta ako. Tapos wala silang OB sono only sonologist kaya kung may sakit ka sa iba o private ka papapuntahin tapos bumalik nalang daw. Hindi rin available mga doctor kasi may schedule lang at yun mga buntis na magpapa ultrasound ang balik na August kaya medyo matagal process since nasa public ka. Nagpunta nako ng health center sa brgy wala...nagpunta nako sa Center ng Iba wala pa rin...ngpunta nako sa Hospital ng iba wala pa rin doctor unless daw emergency pwd nila refer sa on duty doctor. Kaya nga bumalik ako ng Monday kasi sabi meron na doc pero wala pa rin dahil last week palang nginquire nako to make sure meron ako makakausap na doc regards to my mayoma. Yung mga medicine din kulang so iba bibilhin mo sa labas. Un lang naman na experience ko.

Bad attitude of some nurse. Ang tataray at inuuna ang mga kamaganak nila.

One of my loved one was admitted here and that she was staying on the ward area. She was getting blood transfusion and I ask her if she could tell the Nurse if she could have an anti-allergy pill before the infusion but the nurse said there’s no Doctor’s order and told that patient instead of she don’t want the procedure to get done then dont. Then ask the doctor if she could get some of that order! She started having slight allergic reaction close to finishing the said infusion. I just wanna say I know it’s hard to be a Nurse kasi Nurse din ako and you have a license for a reason! Use it to heal and don’t just try to kill and practice an unsafe procedure or administration. May pera o wala sana naman maging patas kayo. Hindi yung tatratuhin nyo sila ng ganyan. Nasaan ang patient’s bill of right?????

I think the hospital should check if everyone is really licensed to work in the hospital ..some did not even get their education yet they are practicing..thats endangering those that really needs help.

If you can afford to go to private doctor, mas okay na yun. Ang panget ng sistema dito sa ospital na to. Given na na public siya pero dapat naayos pa rin nila yung sistema. Sobrang aga namin pumila sa OPD, so pumila kami. Mga 4hrs na ko nakapila dun sa room na ing assign nila sa akin. So that was already lunch time, kumain ako saglit mga 10mins lang. Ilang beses ko na rin kasi ing update yung sa papel ko pero mag antay daw. Then pagbalik ko, halos 10mins pa lang yun ha, umuwi na daw doctor. So tinanong ko if wala na bang iba, wala na daw umuwi na. Ganon ganon nalang na parang wala lang sa mga staff nila. So ganon nga, if you can save some money, sa private doctor nalang kayo. Karamihan sa mga nandito, trabaho lang para sakanila, walang malasakit.
