Remind your staff to answer your clients properly. And be pleasant .
We’re not that ignorant as what you think. But since you’re employee there, you should be the one to know some of our concerns.
I’d been through so many branches of bdo, especially in Makati for how many yrs., but they’re accommodating everytime I had a transactions there. How about you? I hope it’s not a waste of your time to try to be nice and pleasant to your clients. And stop using Gay lingo. God bless.

Employees think that because they’re working there they have the right to do what ever they want to! unprofessional,bad attitude and not accomodating!!! maybe we’re not that rich to be given a proper attention..🙄🙄🙄🙄

The service is okay at this branch but for some CRAZY reason they are no longer open on Saturday. That is rediculous,every Saturday they have a line of customers all the way outside on the street
