The place was still under construction but the staff were very accommodating; they processed our documents and requirements fast and guided us accordingly.

This is going to be a difficult review to write, because we were super looking forward to booking our convalidation ceremony (church wedding for people who are already legally married) at Don Bosco Chapel on the Hill. This is the office that handles the requirements. Unfortunately, they were not responding through their mobile phone, so we decided to just go there during their Saturday office hours. Lo and behold, they were on half day on just that particular day (I wish they had replied to us, maybe we wouldn't have needed to take such a long trip in vain). Fortunately, there were other options nearby, so we ended up booking a different church. The difference in treatment of the other church (very nice, welcoming, and even emails you on the spot to put everything that you've personally discussed in writing) is like night and day. I wish the ones who handle the requirements for Don Bosco Chapel on the Hill would be considerate enough to think about couples who travel all the way here, especially since gas prices have sky-rocketed.

I was planning my church wedding and they are the people preparing our paperworks. Poor communication. Staff don’t give clear instructions of what to do, you’ll be left clueless and frustrated finding your way. If you need prompt answers, their mobile number won’t work so you have to go to their office in person. Just to frustrating dealing with them.
