The 41st Division Philippine Army (USAFFE) Shrine is a spot that commemorates the gallantry of the multiple units that comprise this military formation that engaged in combat during the defense of Bataan in 1942. Led by their commanding officer Brigadier General Vicente Lim - the units endured the trepidations of warfare that lasted for months and the eventual defeat of the Filipino and American forces that resulted in the Bataan Death March. This shrine is a memorial to all the men of the 41st and the sacrifices they made as soldiers of the nation.
