Im from barra opol,, Before i admire your delivery guy dto like sila mr. Bete and mr mahinay , krvin . 2 and 1/2yrs na po ako sa lazada and never humihinge ng add'l fee sa contactless payment . Ngayon bago yung delivery guy dto hope same parin ...

Subrang nakakadis appoint...the courier not replying my text since morning and then my parcel now is no longer to deliver?

It is not good to bring a package without making sure if someone is going to be able to be home. I am PWD I sometimes have to leave for the hospital. Since returning my item is a great inconvenience, better to have you call and schedule. You will save money and time. I will receive my product. Not being able to call is very inconvenient. Also, if the courier attempts to deliverat y o clock in the evening before, and I do not find out till the next morning the 12 hour return window is gone byefore I can do anything i recommend against using this service.

The courier did not even text or call the buyer, way ayo ug serbisyo. The rider, the courier and the seller named Stichy Boy,sooo disappointed. You don't even deserve even a single star!

Does the requirements for applying as a courier needs to be lazy and with an attitude? The say they don't have the time left to deliver because of the time but you'll see them hanging around playing games on their phone, called the courier and he even raised his voice and told me "ka disturbo ba nimo", just wow and they'll get angry if you volunteer to pick up the package instead, because you need to be somewhere important rather than wasting my time waiting.

One courier "Mr. Tutor", he'd return my order just because no one was home. Like i even know there was a delivery. Even my mother's package he keeps on returning it without even notifying that there's a delivery, he doesn't even do a 2nd attempt to deliver, he's really lazy.

BEWARE! EULOGIO LUMACANG ANDOY JR. Lazada Courier from Cagayan de Oro City will cancel/reshedule your order even they didn't call or txt you. It also happened this in the orange app before but now I change to Lazada still that rider do the same. I wish that I will get nice service here in Lazada but it give stress like the orange app. Hope you will sue this type of rider. It happened four times already to the same rider! I've already contacted the rider but still no response! WHAT A BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

Rene Gen S. Tan-gan was the one tasked to deliver my parcel yesterday. It was already late in the afternoon, yet my parcel was not yet delivered. So I texted him, but he did not reply. Disappointingly, when I track my order, I found out that he reported that the delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to customer's refusal to accept. This was a lie, so I confronted him. He ask an apology, but instead of apiecing me, he even go to the extent to report that my delivery will no longer be delivered because I refused to accept it. It was another lie. This courier doeasn't deserves commendation, and instead he must be given appropriate disciplinary action. If this will not be done, then this will be my last order and I wont patronize lazada anymore.
