Not so good experience. Been given dates on completion of the unit that was always postponed since 2020. It would have been easy to understand since its the pandemic but they have poor communication with clients. Been given date/time for the acceptance inspection by their staff and was told to be there because they only give a 1hr window. If we didn't follow up because we didn't get the email the day before, we wouldn't have known they intend to change the schedule saying the previously given date was full. Based on how they treat our transaction i would say reflects poor efficiency and effectiveness in their processes. Hope they review their processes to give better services to their clients.

Awful customer service and the management thinks they are God's gift to mankind. No one can be bothered to make any sacrifices in terms of their time or schedule. I have been BEGGING for any small amount of consideration since I am just a regular employee who does not have any power over his time or schedule, alas my pleas fell on deaf or apathetic ears. This is not even considering the fact how they made my family and I do a whole unnecessary back & forth for a reimbursement which in the end turns out was owed to us. Unless you are someone who has free time or is in complete control of his/her own time, I would not recommend this company.
