Poor nursing care on fourth floor. Negligence borderline incompetent nursing staff. long waits for pain meds. Lab results and routine inquiries. Inappropriate IV insertion and care. Poor response time to an emergent situation. I am getting off this floor as quickly as possible before they do any permanent damage.

Follow up. They moved me to another room that was larger at no extra charges. I found out the person in charge was new to the floor and was still learning. I have been going to this hospital for 12+ years. In that time there has been no previous experience like this. Therefore this is an isolated occurrence and I still have every confidence in the staff on any floor and Thank the Technicians of any department As well as my specialists . Dr's Peña, Lim, and Quehua. Thank you for saving my life.
I also formally thank the head of the Business Office and the Quality Assurance Office for their help in finding me a room in the over crowded conditions of the hospital at the time.

I go here every month for my ob gyn visits. Also had cardio tests and so far the experience has been really great. The doctors and staff been very accomodating and friendly. And yes, the hospital is very clean!

Underwent surgery here. Also consulted with the cardio and nutritionist here as well. There are dedicated floors -- 5th floor for Pediatric patients; another floor for Dialysis, etc. Place is clean; no "hospital" smell; the staff are friendly and even the security and laborers are helpful with directions. There are three cafeteria (Dvicolo Cafè, Corner Cuisine and a canteen near the grotto). There is also a 7/11 (seven eleven) store in the building. Chow King and a Pension Inn is about three minutes walk from the hospital. As with most other hospitals, parking can be difficult to find. But the security can assist you. Lastly, contrary to what others say, the cost of services are at par with other private hospitals in the city. They even offer "packages" to middle and lower income patients -- enabling all patients to avail of their excellent services.

It is a clean and spacious hospital with a very homey ambiance. Suite rooms have the best view of the Macajalar Bay.
