The Location
Great location in SM Downtown area as it is by the highway. The mall has indoor parking that gets full during peak days/hours. It is also PWD, child, and pet friendly that adds value to their location.

The Selection
They have wide variety of choices and brands for home improvement, hardware, gardening and more.

The Service
The staff are super friendly and helpful especially when you have questions.

Value for Money
The items are reasonably priced so I always buy items here instead of looking for hardware outside of the mall.

Do I recommend this place?
Yes, they have all the good items I need and items are reasonably priced.

A large hardware shop selling anything your home improvement needs (nails, tools, paint, lights, water works, and light equiptmemt like welding or air compressor). There is also a section dedicated to car needs. Despite being on the mall, much of its items for sale are reasonably priced.

This is the best Ace hardware store I've ever seen. The staff here is excellent and treats you like royalty.
