Per my observation, they have the most number of stocks compared to other Mr DIY shops in CDO.

I buy a Humidifier once in this store, but it is not functioning the product unless it's charging. I tried to return the product I bring the Gcash Receipt, but still looking for MR. D.I.Y. Receipt. Staffs and Clients don't have any manners also of greeting or assisting their customers of what they need! Worst store ever!

Bad customer service. Tried returning a product due to getting the wrong-colored one, but we were met with unwelcoming attitudes.

You have to buy the item first before you can check it. Take earphones, for example. I had to buy it first before I could test it. Turned out that its jack is not working properly so I had to have it replaced. I had to wait for 5 minutes on a corner before they accommodated my concern and another few minutes to validate my claim. They have a knack for making customers wait, but patience is highly expensive. Sorry, no sorry. It seems that they are not customer-friendly. I wasted neurons and time.
