I just finished my haircut in Bruno's Barbers, and I hate it. Barber doesn't know how to listen to my preferred haircut, I gave him the photo of my last haircut however he didn't manage to listen and copy the style. Also not asking first before execution.

Never going back to that barber again or maybe the branch itself.

Barber seemed in a hurry. I’ve been to branches of Bruno’s in Cebu and in Ayala CDO, the service I got in SM Downtown was by far the least satisfying. The barber seemed to be in a hurry. He seemed he didn’t want to do me right from the beginning to the end.
