Daph's Restaurant and Bed & Breakfast

We ordered their tapsilog and tosilog, Tapa is very tender and delicious and their tocino is also very good. Love the ambiance, having my breakfast with a good view of the ocean and the cool see breeze.

Good food. Good ambiance. Will definitely come back. They close at 9pm so plan accordingly.

A bit of cozy ambiance located right at the seaside wherein you can hear enjoy the see breeze and waves when you visit the restaurant. A lot of great Filipino foods selection at very affordable price yet so tasty and delicious. They provide fast service and quality customer approach. Also have ample parking spaces.

Our go-to pit stop whenever we visit my hometown, Albay. The food are superb, fresh and hearty. The ambiance is great as well!

If you are in the area and looking for other options where to eat or at least buy food since most of the popular restaurants in the area is always full, I would recommend this place. I might have some negative comments about the place, but these are shadowed by the good ones, and for some of the negative, they probably have their reasons.

POSITIVE
The food, specially the sea food are really good! Fresh and the taste rating for me is 7 to 8 out of 10.
The surprising part is that the PRICE is really very CHEAP. So despite the HIGH quality, the price is still practical.
The owner is hands-on, checking on the needs of the customers.
The restaurant is very spacious, as in very.
And, since this place is expected to be a stopover for travelers from south of Luzon to Manila, there should be a good wash room/ area, and YES, clean, well maintained with soap.
Also, there is a big parking area.

NEGATIVE
We arrived and found our way to a vacant table without any assistance. We had to check on the food counter as to how we can order food, no one assisted us, despite us having brought a sleeping child with us, and it was only me and my wife.
The place could get warm during lunch time, and despite the place having large electric fans, it seems when it is full, the fans are not enough.

But all in all, the experience was really good. We would come back here again.

Take away food is also an option.

A wonderful stop over by the sea!

I wasn't expecting the food to be that good and it was soooo goood specially the fish with soup.

The viands we had were so flavorful and delicious, definitely satisfied our hunger after a long drive.

We now have a regular stop over restaurant in case we'd be heading to Bicol again.

One of the best bang-for-the-buck discoveries so far. The restaurant itself is located along the Pan-Philippine Highway in Plaridel Quezon along the seashore. It has great sweeping views of the sea. The food is really good and surprisingly super affordable!

Good food at reasonable prices. A refreshing change from all the other tourist traps in the area. This will definitely be my new midway stop to Bicol.

Very good place. Nice ambience and clean surroundings. Along the road which is good and have alot of parking space. Have a very nice view of the sea from our dinning table and you can walk in the sea side.

I like the vibe. They’re playing good music and you can enjoy the nice view of the ocean while eating. It’s definitely a visit worth.

This is the nicest restaurant in Plaridel! They have an awesome view of the bay, and the surrounding is really peaceful. You can go down and experience the white sands. If you go there, and walk along the shore, just wanna promote lending a hand to cleaning/safeguarding the beautiful bay. Will keep coming back to have lunch with them again! #sustainabletourism
