Our Lady Of Grace Hospital

My husband had dengue and we initially brought him to another hospital nearby. But they require RT PCR tests for the patient. Meaning we had to wait for 3-6 hours for the result before he can receive medical treatment.

When we got to Our Lady of Grace, they immediately took a rapid antigen test and after 15 minutes, he was given dextrose and allowed to rest inside the ER while waiting for his room. This is what impressed me the most with this hospital - the consideration and sense of urgency for its patients.

I understand that due to covid, some things were not provided. You have to bring your own utensils, mugs and towels. It is also ideal to bring your own pillows and latag for the bantay because The bench in the room is quite small and will not be comfy to sleep in.

Overall, I am very pleased with the nurses, doctors and the staff. They were all professional and always had a smile on their face. Dr. Marciano explained my husband's situation very well and answered our questions extensively. Their medical expertise allowed my husband to heal in a matter of days. And for that, I am very grateful. 🙏🏼

Ok naman mga doktor except sa admin and billing, hinayaan muna kame makauwi then nagcall ipinaalam na may need pa raw pirmahan so need pa bumalik agad.

Filling out forms was done outside the hospital even though it is so hot outside. Waiting is also done outside. A hospital that is not hospitable.

maayos at mabait naman ang mga nurse at doktor nila. isa lang panira dyan yung isang nurse na maputi sa xray nakapwesto. di ko alam kung bakla ba sya sobrang hina at ipit ang boses, pag di mo naintindinhan daming sasabihin na kapilosopohan at bastos magsasagot. pinsan ata ni mr. asimo yan

Pasyente lang pwedeng pumasok, tapos sobrang higpit nila dinaig pa nila mga bigatin hospital pagdating sa restriction sa covid. Pag magpapacheck up ka sa harap pa ng hospital apaka init wala man lang ac or fan para sa pasyente

Worst hospital ever! Napaka-irresponsable ng mga nasa billing lalo na nung inaayos ko yung mga papers na kailangan ko sa SSS. Ilang beses akong pinabalik balik tapos minsan pa hindi ko daw pwede makuha yung kailangan ko kasi nalimuntan daw nilang puntahan para kunin sa City Hall at para bang kasalanan ko pa na nagpunta ako doon at walang napala. Sobrang kupad mag-proseso ng mga documents. Naiintindihan ko na may pandemic pero di naman siguro tatagal ng halos dalawang buwan. Kahit (1) star di deserve nitong hospital na ito. Minsan pa nakita nag-reresibo sila 500 pesos nakalagay sa resibo mo pero dun sa kanila 250 ata basta less than 500 lang naka-declare. Dapat siguro tingnan ng gobyerno yan pwedeng tax evasion.
