The best! C3LICIOUS ang gaganda at ang ggwapo ng mga staff. Mababait din at matulungin. Di ka pababayaan.

Madalas offline ang atm machine

I was put on the long queue of new accounts even my transaction was only to redeem my card. Worst, I came first in line but the guard on duty gave queue numbers to the ladies (adding up +3 new accounts transaction) over me who just needed to redeem my ATM card. Imagine spending 2 hrs+ just for redeeming my ATM (less than 5 minutes).

Definitely the worst BPI branch I have ever visited.

One staff told me I'm eating her time. Why? Don't you have time for your clients? Or maybe you only have time if you're selling insurance? Very disappointing considering I'm a preferred client. The staff will make you feel that you're just a nuisance, not a client.

We arrived around 3 pm to report my girlfriend BPI to Gcash issue dahil nag success si BPI pero wala na recieve si Gcash nung march 6 pa then binigyan kami ng number 33 so nag antay kami then nag tataka na kami hindi pa na tatawag number eh yung mga lumalapit sa CS area is mga kakapasok lang and 35 na yung ni proprocess without knowing ang sinasabi lang pala na word is Next not the number of the que then nag ask kami sa kabilang desk kung pwede dun kasi vacant na sabi hindi so nag antay kami ulit then later on nung tinawag na yung number ng girlfriend ko edi lumapit na kami then nung sinabi na nung girlfriend ko yung i rereport nya biglang sinabi na wala daw mag rereport saknila ngaun araw dahil Monday para like di pa nakaka upo para sa issue nung sinabi na gcash ganun agad sinabi although kahit 1k lang yung bumawag sa bpi nya malaking bagay paren yun for expenses kaya nakaka badtrip lang na ganun lang action nila counter no 4-3 yung CS na nag assist sakanya

Today i had a very bad experience Bpi c3 branch.the guard on duty is not so helpful and cooperative even the staff on that branch.bad service.sna lang masunod ung number na binibigay nyo hnd ung pag hihintayin nyo kme ng 30mins at mauuna pa yung huling number na kakadating lng.

Napaka-unprofessional ninyo dyan sa BPI Maypajo. 5pm pa close nyo, 4:30 nandyan na kapatid ko to re-open her account pero hindi nyo pinapasok! Nuknukan kayo ng tamad!!! Tinatawagan ko kayo binabaan nyo lang ako ng telepono!!! I’ll be seeing you guys soon!

Nakapa unprofessional ng mga custmer service jan, nag iinquire lang ako to settle my credit card account, without my consent they deducted my minimum due sa card, wala man lang notice or letter.

Worst experience sa bank. Dalawang beses nagrefuse. Sa guard pa lang ayaw ka nang iassist.
