As I heard: Alang-alang town name was started from the people of this place who are hesitant to jump or cross a small canal. Alang-alang in english is hesitant.

This municipality is progressive and you can eat fresh foods here like fish and vegetables and you can feel here what we are saying; “simple living”.

This place is history rich like there Golden Bell story, it’s better to find out from there tourism officers when you visit this place.
