船家相當專業且親切，在一群船追著海豚跑的時候故意放慢速度，安靜的開船，讓我們看到海豚直接在我們面前出現! 讓我們補捉到海豚的獨家畫面! 真的是老司機無誤! 另外，想要在開船的時候到螃蟹船的甲板拍照也都可以跟大哥講，他也很樂意讓你拍照哦!

不得不說雖然跟他們合作的船家當天有點小遲到，但船家大哥還是很親切的帶我們上船，雖然當天海豚幾乎不太會跳出來，也還會問我們要不要繼續看，如果說要他們就會繼續追海豚。

跳島行程的部分有包船的部分，水上活動是到島上島上店家才會再安排，水上活動浮淺看魚跟看海龜分別都是250，原本還要加上浮淺用具的100，但我們到了當地才發現不用錢，只需付500/1人。

價格透明友善，而且很公道！店家相對比較可靠，價錢也比路邊賣活動的大哥們便宜！（所以很推薦）店員態度非常友善有耐心！

但是我們一開始搭船的時候沒有搭篷子，有點曬⋯
他們是騎車載我們去搭船（付了50披索），回去的時候要自己搭交通工具回去

1 star is way too much! The worst experience ever! Today I went for a countryside tour and it was a disaster. We were not able to do all the activities, because of lack of time. The driver was each time late (once we waited for his arrival 30 minutes, the second time 20 minutes). Not even sorry from his side. On the way back I asked what happened to Zip Line activity that we supposed to have that day, the answer was: it is already closed. Each place we stopped, the driver just open the door, so it was very confusing what do we do there, how much time do we have, where do we go. No information at all. But the worst of all was our first stop in XZOOTIC ANIMAL PARK. I was surprised as it was not in the itinerary and we stayed there for around 50 minutes. The place is HORRIBLE!!!!! Wild animals imprisoned in tiny cages in very poor conditions. It was heart breaking to watch them like this. Crocodile was in a tiny cage with tiny pool smaller then his lenght. BIG NO for anyone who support this kind of places. I shared my concern and complain to the staff about the poor condition. When I entered the car they were making fun of me together with our driver and laughing. NO NO and NO!!!!!
Ps. The person from the photo was the one to whom I complain and later was pointing at me and laughing.

The owner of this travel agency was very dishonest. Although we had negotiated the price on the first day, he deceived me the next day that I needed to pay an extra donation fee to the church. He said that there was a very good church on Virgin Island, but he deceived me, there is no so-called church on Virgin Island, he just wants to make more money.

Walked in to the biggest scam and the most deceitful agent one could encounter.
We needed to book a flight and she very happily gave us the same price we were about to find online..
We produced the cash and our passports and after completing the details we assumed we were booked. BUT lo and behold one ticket increased markedly in price… okay we will pay one at lower price and one at the increased price BUT no .. now the second ticket increased … then ticket 1 increased again and each increase was 1 to 2 thousand pesos… feeling cheated and deceived we continued and were about to pay until she then decided we would need an extra 2000 pesos for luggage … that was the finish i asked for the return of all my money and left disgusted at such unprofessional behaviour…It was not about an agent charging commission it was about the dishonest way she behaved.

Stay away from this place !

Highly do not recommend fire fly tour and recommend you save your 700 pesos for other activities . Rude location staff and Our group was taken on a boat to a tree with alot of fireflies and we stayed there for 40 mins wondering if there were any other places to see and then we were boated back and end of story . Nothing exciting to report and a bad customer experience

The ‘private tour’ is inflexible and expensive with concealed extra charges. Our driver was rude and had very poor English which made arranging where to go next very difficult and stressful. We wanted to start at 10:30am and see the Loboc River, Chocolate Hills and Corella tarsier sanctuary. He arrived 40 minutes early and was constantly hassling us to leave. He initially refused to take us to each of the locations we wanted to go to and drove very dangerously - 100kmph on roads with pedestrians and overtook other cars on bends in the road. It was a constant battle to do any of the things we wanted to which were not unreasonable requests. Tour finished 2 hours early and yet we were charged 500 pesos extra ‘for fuel’ to go to the Corella sanctuary which was advertised as an option for the tour at no extra cost.

We (initially) paid 2000 pesos for a private tour for 2 for the day as we needed to make our 6:30pm ferry. We asked for a 10:30am pick up and were told this would be fine to see the things we wanted to (Loboc river cruise, tarsier sanctuary and chocolate hills - only 3 of the many options which seemed to be available). The driver arrived at 9:50 and hassled us to leave multiple times between then and 10:30. He drove so fast and overtook anyone and everyone whether unsafe or not for the whole trip. We told him we wanted to go to the loboc river for lunch first and he said ‘No!’ very aggressively... the first of a few times. He did actually take us here first after some persuasion. He then refused to take us to the tarsier sanctuary in Corella and insisted on taking us to Loboc. We didn’t want to go to the one in Loboc as we had heard it was unethical. Eventually he did agree to take us to the sanctuary in Corella but only if we paid him an extra 500 pesos which he said was for ‘transportation’ even though he then dropped us at the port over 2 hours early.

The things we saw were great especially the lunch on the loboc river. It was just a shame to spend a day being driven by this man.

Nous devions partir à 6h et nous somme partis à 7:15. Nous devions être maximum 14 et nous avons été 22 sur le bateau. Nous avons été voir les dauphins entouré d’une trentaines de bateaux qui naviguaient même sur eux.
Nous avons atterris sur une île pour voir les tortues, entouré de ces mêmes bateaux au même moment, tous les touristes sautaient pour aller voir la tortue et 90% d’entre eux coulaient les autres pour aller toucher la tortue à la surface en premier. Une honte. Le guide crachait par terre à longueur de temps et était très malpoli. L’île sois disant incroyable était dégoûtante et demandaient 20P d’entrée.
On a eu cette excursion à 1000P sois disant un bon prix tandis que d’autres ont payé 750P. On nous a vendu un tour complètement mensonger. Agence à fuir absolument!!!

Alquilamos dos motos a buen precio, pero a la hora de devolverlas, te intentan cobrar por piezas que ya estaban rotas.

Leider keine gute Erfahrung. Das Boot war überfüllt (es gab nicht für alle Rettungswesten) und es war zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste. Es gab einen Transport zum Strand aber keinen Rücktransport vom Strand! Musste den ganzen Weg laufen. Und es wurde ein Gebühr für Virgin Island erhoben, dass nicht besucht wurde.
Nicht zu empfehlen. Neben Sie einen anderen Anbieter.
