Kawasan Falls

By far the most beautiful waterfall I've seen. The whole journey there is magical. Definitely a top three attraction in Bohol

Came here by mistake, as I forgot the famous Kawasan falls are in Cebu, however this ones did not fail to impress - a very peaceful place with great energy.

Kawasan Falls on Bohol island. This place is no longer a tourist spot but a real hidden gem. If you go you most likely have the place to yourself.

Beautiful area and a nice little walk down to the falls. Prior to the typhoon, i think this place was thriving. There was clear damage to to covered areas but honestly, this just adds to the experience - walking past the ghost town-like canteen area and following the walkway to the falls. It is beautiful there and not very crowded.
You don't need a guide, but i would recommend getting there by motorbike as the road is pretty rough for a car.

One of the breathtaking falls in Bohol and one of a the nicest in Balilihan town. Before the typhoon hit the island this falls has entrance fee of 20 PHP. But not this time anymore. Since the big typhoon hit the island, it affects the area too which needs more development but the Local Government this time is working for it to maintain and renovate it. What I like about this falls is this has a wide falling water with nice rock formations. It has area for kids too. You can also go up and jump into it. But always have to be very careful and ask the locals who knows well with the falls on which specific area is allowed. The way going there is easier too.

Its fantastic. Very short walk and good place falls. Its a little bit secluded but worth to go than on other near water falls. There was no collection fee when we got there and only one family when we arrived.

Nice waterfalls, with family especially. Don't forget to bring Loads of San Miguel, and have nice Swim inside

We went to the falls, the road there was decent, we took our suzuki multicab and had no problem there was no entrance fee or parking fee, there was no body working there , there are three huts that are not maintain be very careful when you walking on the floor,if you have time to visit it will be worth it. The falls is beautiful ❤❤❤.

This place is a hidden gem in the province of Bohol! One of the most wonderful and exquisite waterfall that one should not missed!

Currently, the whole place needs a major repair since Odette, the LGU and its tourism partners were not able to managed at the moment since there hands may be tied or full. I hope they could take actions as soon as possible to this magnificent spot!

Yes, its not overrated and most of the tourist were not able to paid visit in here. Supposed the registration or entrance fee was 20 pesos and rent for cottage was 100. However, this does not apply at the moment since its no staff was on duty.

Its easy to navigate and locate using the maps on google or waze and of course the mouth and lips of the people and nothing beats that!

Bohol as I contemplated need to address ROAD SIGNAGE on every isolated or secluded area or main roads. Every time we got on the main road we usually either lost track because there were no signages especially for rising tourism spots around the province. The tourism sector should at least work on with DPWH or LGUs at least to relieve tourists and feeling tourists from getting off side the track.

I love to support local especially Bohol my home. I wanted to help everyone in small ways to present Bohol not only as a “pricy” province Gold Bohol, they say as one of worthwhile island in the archipelago!

Like everyone said, its water is clear and tempting not to dip! I enjoyed my early morning swim in falls! The surroundings too were clean as well and got some few plastics when we left as we clean as we go.

Nature it is! Super fun and take note the steps though especially going up since steps were quite large, take one step at a time to prevent easy fatigue and stress lol.

Overall, a wonderful experience w my fave person too!

Amazing waterfall, place is abandoned but makes it all the more magical. Last bit of path by motorbike towards the waterfall can be tricky after rain but easy to walk down and back once there.

I visit there after rain it was amazing, flood was so strong. I didn’t swim but even watching is nice. There is have no entrance fee and you can go there with motorcycles but road little bit broke still okay. You couldn’t be regret for visiting there

A hidden gem, a very beautiful falls where you can relax, and chill, the sad part is, the place especially the facilities was not able to maintenance like it was neglected, maybe due to pandemic or any other reasons but the good thing is you can still go there, no entrance fee and still enjoy the beautiful place especially if you are a nature lover or a falls wanderer.

One of the top falls in Bohol. Accessible, with comfort rooms. The walk to the Falls itself is beautiful. Safe to swim there. Recommended

really nice waterfall, easy to find (Google maps pretty accurate), just be careful on last section of road, can be pretty muddy..

This is truly a hidden gem. When we arrived, it was just me and my husband. Then 20mins later a local couple arrived. They said that this place is popping during the weekend so if you want a quiet place all on your own I suggest coming here during the weekdays. It’s very beautiful. Highly recommended.

Temporary closed due to covid-19 , but well organized and Pavaed. 5 minutes down the stairs you reach the falls. 3 open cabins near by for rest and picnic.
