Thank you we love to eat here again nice service &good food

The worst service i’d encounter in my entire Vacation here in my own Hometown (Roxas City). The server tonight 9/feb/2024, namely MARY ANN was extremely inappropriate. Can’t describe the fact that we are dealing with food but the atmosphere and the one who is serving the food was very odd. I had so many experiences regarding Unlimited food/ buffet but this one is the most unpleasant and unprofessional of all. Please do manage ur crew/staff whenever servicing to the customers.

The food was good tho. But we’ll never come back. If zero is applicable that is the least that i can give. Thank you, anyway.

Worst Samgyupsal/Korean Restaurant I’ve ever eaten. Puro taba yung pork nila and we can’t eat a lot of taba dahil sa high blood pressure, so we decided na puro chicken na lang orderin. But, manager said that they ran out of stock of chicken. I told him about our situation and asked him what are we going to do? Turns out, they still have chicken meat, iniipit lang nila because they have limited stocks. And the creamy cheese sauce is not creamy at all. And ang tagal nila mag refill ng meats and side dishes.
The only good side is their service. The staff is friendly and accommodating even if they took a long time refilling our dishes.
This is the first samgyupsal that I felt that it is not worth my money. We will never comeback to this restaurant again.
