Felice Ristorante Italiano

I live in Moalboal, and the power was out all day today, so I came here to play with my family. It's better than any other pasta restaurant in Moalboal. It seems like Italians cook their own food and bring their own ingredients. The pasta serves 2 people and is reasonably priced. My kids ordered a lot and I’m so full😅

We ate here 3 nights in a row during our stay in Samboan! We liked it so much the first night we decided to just keep coming back. Here is everything we had and enjoyed:

Pizzas: Prosciutto and fungi was our favorite, then the cebu then the Hawaiian. The bolognese pasta and the salmon cream. Bruschetta, fried shrimp starters, basil vinaigrette w/ chicken salad, mango shakes, and coconut ice cream.

The ice cream was really nice, it's all homemade and you could tell it was made with real coconut.

Ordered the mango float dessert but it was just mango and Graham cracker, so wouldn't recommend that. Also had the buy 2 get 1 house wine, we ordered white but weren't big fans of that either.

It also has a great sunset view!

Overall definitely recommend eating here. 👌

I drove 40 minutes each day just to eat here as the food and atmosphere was so great…. I was made to feel very welcome as I am travelling alone.

Can not wait to return again in the future 😊

We dined with Felice for both lunch and dinner, they gave us access to WiFi to do work on our laptops and all the food was lovely. They were so accommodating and highly recommend for anyone in the area ❤

Amazing experience, our bellies were about to explode as we couldnt handle ourselves from not ordering more. What a delicious italien restaurant in the middle of the filipino territory. High recommanded !!

This is a lovely family run Italian restaurant with delicious food. They use high quality ingredients and we enjoyed our pasta and salad.

The chicken (pollo) gnocchi in a cream sauce was the highlight and the tossed salad was one of the better salads we’ve had on the island. Their wine is reasonably priced and I was happy to see a Lambrusco on offer. You can tell that they use high quality olive oil and balsamic for the bread and in the pastas.

Our Spanish friend recommended this restaurant because he ate here two days ago on his way to Dumaguete . He told us that the food here is very good “delicious y Buena pinta “ 😃 so we were also very excited to try ! And then day arrived that we will go to a Dumaguete again . We always go to Dumaguete and we didn’t know this restaurant existed , so we only eat in the karenderya in the pier . We are so happy that we discover this place because it’s not just very convenient for a stop over meal but also the place is very peaceful and the food is awesome !!!! We really loved the food ! We ordered the mozzarella cheese , vegetable lasagne , and the mix seafood salad ! All taste very good !! And we are very satisfied !!! Servers are friendly ❤ highly recommended !!!!

We have been fans of Federico and his (and his wife's) Italian restaurant ever since it was located in Liloan. It is the ONLY place we dine in Santander and we have never been disappointed. Fast forward 4 years after and we visited their restaurant in their new location. We drove from Moalboal (for 2 hours) just to taste their pizza and pasta. And again, Felice's food did not disappoint 🙌 😋 So much so that we went back again the following day for late lunch. We suggest the bolognese pizza and the marinara pasta. Cap it off with lemoncello or their Mango float. Never leave Cebu without dining in this place. It's truly unforgettable ❤

This place is a hidden gem. The passion fruit juice tastes like magic, straight from the garden.

The cheese and cold cuts are amazing too. Homemade bread 🤤🤤🤤They really know what they’re doing.

The best Italian restaurant I have tried in Asia so far!

Honestly, I didn't expect much from the place in the middle of nowhere, but it was the closest one to the Emoha Dive Resort we stayed in and were recommended to visit it by the resort owners.
As a result, it was a total satisfaction and an orgasm for my taste buds! Everything was delicious - gnocchi (which are difficult to find at all and even more challenging to find a good one) were mouth-watering, pasta was amazing, wine was superb, garlic bread was really tasty, and their homemade Limoncello was heavenly great.

If you're staying in the area or just driving around - stop here to enjoy great food, drinks and service!

What an amazing place. Seems to be husband and wife operation on their home. Very wonderful atmosphere with great view. The pizza and gnocchi were really delicious. Very highly recommended!

I was not an Italian food lover but when I tasted their food, WOW! All are delicious and extraordinary, real Italian food indeed. I felt like I was eating in a 5star or popular Italian restaurant, and it's my second time to be here, above expectation! This restaurant is owned by a kind Italian and Filipina couple. Recommended this to everybody.

Small place with about 5 tables. Service was very prompt and friendly. Menu is about 10 pages with everything from pasta, salad, seafood, calzone, several international wines and beers, many desserts, and housemade items for sale to go.

All the food was amazing with large portions. Food was not just amazing to be Italian in the Philippines, but better than most Italian restaurants I've been in. Most interesting item was the spicy gelato which was basically ground red peppers in gelato, was extremely spicy, but good.

Highly recommend. Very small intimate and cozy place with great food.

Its a super nice italian restaurant with italian specialties. The pasta and pizza is super good. Staff very friendly and nice. I can definitely recommend the place. In 4 days at Cebu we came here twice for dinner.

Nice ambience. Good, delicious, and authentic Italian food. Planning to go back again. They even sell some good quality Italian ingredients (i.e italian olive oil, pasta, tomato sauces, cheeses, and many more). Also they even have their homemade Lemoncello (limoncello) 😊

Great food always! I’ve been a regular customer. I always come here with friends from Dumaguete City. Waaaaay better Italian food with a good price than you can find in Dumaguete. Always a delight to dine here!
