HEALTH & WELLNESS SPA OF VIGAN

Excellent service! My masseuse, a lady in her late 40's, was very professional. One of the best i've ever had. She would occasionally ask for feedback so she could adjust and therefore give the most satisfactory service one hopes for. She had techniques, which I haven't experienced in other spas.

As for the spa itself, i was greeted by courteous staff and a very relaxing ambience. There was soft music playing, and the place was fragrant with relaxing scents. The the sheets, which are often neglected in other spas--this one's different. They smelled clean, so much so that you're confident of the place' overall hygiene.

Will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Nice place

My boyfriend and I just had massages here and although it was great service and the massages were great, the environment should be peaceful. There shouldn't be small children allowed inside massage rooms that are talking or using electronics, while other people are there to relax. Overall great experience and would go back for the massage part.

This place was okay. Decent from the outside. Affordable prices. Great waxing service. Staff were friendly. Had my waxing done here. But sad to say it was a little smelly inside the room. I also doubt the bed linens were change every now and then. I was surprised that they reused the same popsicle stick for waxing all over again. Gross!

WORST MASSAGE PLACE EVER!

We went there 3:30pm on a Wednesday. We asked for an appointment at 5pm for 1 traditional hilot for my partner for 550 pesos 1 hr and a Foot and Hand massage for 450 pesos 1 hr. We went back to our hotel and we received a call from them, moving our appointment to 6:30pm with no valid reason. We agreed and came back at the exact time.

Our massage started at 6:39pm..they let us go upstairs early because the masseuse need to have dinner first. We said okay. We prepared ourselves for the bed and they started the massage. I told my masseuse if I need to remove my top because it is just hand and foot massage, she said Yes.. She started massaging my back and it felt like she gave me also the same traditional hilot like my partner.

In the end.. They finished 7:25pm which means 14 minutes earlier. They said to relax in the bed but we wanted to go out right away. The massage is not even that strong and it felt that they are in a hurry. At one point we heard them using their phones because of the Video sounds.

We went to pay to the cashier and they said it is total 1100 pesos because both of us had a full body hilot.. I explained that this is not what we agreed on.. They didn't relay the information to the masseuse. There was a big battle in the cashier.. They even told me it was my fault because I didn't tell the masseuse but in the first place I had my top on when I was laying on the bed.. The pressure is not even that hard!! It is like wiping oil only in your body!!

Instead of spending your money on this worthless massage, better spend it on the Kalesa rides, the kuyas there do much better with touring us around and are very kind.

Literally the worst massage we have experienced while traveling around in Luzon!!

The massage is soft. However, be careful when calculating. I just need to pay 550+200, she said to calculate 1050. When I asked again, he pretended it was a mistake and said 750. Scammers...
