JTC MALL

The best of Metro Vigan’s malls. The play area for children is great if you have younger children who need to play with other kids. The only mall around here with a cinema.

The place itself is great. It is something like a mall, but more compact. It has an arcade (with bump cars!), cinema, groceries, dept. store, and all the other necessities. Customer service is amazing. 9/10; would visit again.

Easy access from national highway.. The Grocery Store area has all the things you need.. I also has an enclosed Kid Play area with attentive crew where you can leave your child while you go grocery shopping..

This grocery store is good stop for it offers almost if not complete brands esp
for store owners.

Easy to locate cause it's near at the highway and more parking slots for cars.

JTC cinema// The only cinema in Ilocos Sur. Not that big.
