Maari ko po ba malaman ang email address nag hospital na ito. Need help po.
Ung record ko po noon 2013 na nganak aq dito sa hospital na ito Gus2 ko po makita ung record Baka meron po kayo.

I came here looking for a pediatrician and found a woman staffing the area who was in pain and could barely walk and sit down and stand up because of her massively pregnant belly. All the lights in the building were off as if they couldn’t afford to pay the electric bill. I was told to wait an hour until 1pm then fill out a paper and wait my turn. So I left and went to Northside Hospital where I found better service.

Service - mediocre. Some(improved somehow) of the hospital staff are not very friendly. Patients convenience points is not well met. (Several)bed for patients are not conditionally met for convenience - even if it is not a private room, they still need a better bed grooming; all patients must feel comfortable even if its not equally. Few medical experts are not available on daily basis. Restrooms - poorly observed(They need to build PWD restrooms, have some hygiene tools inside some restrooms). Ventilation is poor - electric fans are not enough for all patients to share when hot season come. Electrical outlets - not sufficient, some are not in good condition too. Security - near good. Overall - need improvements for the better cause.

Na hospital ang pinsan ko and after 12 years nung last na punta ko dito, may mga bagong building so it means may improvement naman, Ang problem is yung cleanliness , sobrang nakakahilo nung amoy lalo sa room ng pasyente. and paayos din ng mga ilaw, Grabe!!! nakaktakot maglakad sa mga hallway niyo.

I will rate this hospital even negative (-5). Very poor service, very low maintence, dirty comfort rooms. No care for patients. Lack of support from the government. Patients will not get well, instead they get sick even more. Very unprofessional service.
