Not the best of the best hospital but better than other local hospitals. The services of the nurses is slow. You ask/request for something you will get it after few hours. The assigned doctors are not around always, so u need to wait the next day if ever you missed them during thier routing hours.

As a HMO holder, it was a hassle to get approval for your consultation. I was waiting for an hour and half just to get it approved. I lost my patience and just went home. U less emergency, i don't recommend going here for OPD. Go to the northside doctors hospital instead.

Not recommending to anyone over charged patient .they make patient more scared and alot of drama to keep patient for more long time to make more money.and one more advice always check your final bill because they charging medication and test and doctor fee double .that's my personal experience. And if by mistake ever go there what doctor told you dont go always for that and always go another hospital or doctor for secound opinion.i have my personal experience with them regarding my son he have some stomach problem when he just born and they told me that is a very big problem and we need to do operation which cost 95 thousand peso and I refuse and go for secound opinion and the doctor give my son 40 peso medicine and my son is ok today .doctor always not there need to wait one day to come.doctor come only part time.

Record department is so slow. Nurses can't bath the patient well. I pay too much but services is so poor and very Rude staff esp. In the billing department..as if we didn't pay what they've asked. We will never be back in this hospital.

One of the dirtiest ER I've been to.

What happened to me and my husband was a very bad experience. We asked the information desk where their ob-gyne room was. then she said punta kayo sa may opd extension. We went there then the guy told us to go to the Information desk first to register. so we went back there. When we returned there, we asked the lady sa may information desk, then she answered me na napaka rude! She said "Can't you read what's in front of you" then she got into an attitude. as if we knew all the ins and outs of the hospital. so I answered her "I'm sorry, huh? because it's our first time here. I'm sorry we didn't read what was written on the front, Pwede mo naman iexplain samen ng maayos! Hindi yung ganyan ka sumagot sakin! Then kumalma sya nung mejo nagalit na ako at pinagsabihan siya tapos nag eexplain na pero di ko na pinapakinggan kasi nawalan na ako ng gana. Then lumabas nalang kami at naghanap ng ibang hospital! Kasi nainis na din yung husband ko 😞 Kawawa naman po yung mga taong kinakaya kaya niyo. yung mga taong di marunong sumagot! Kayo ang nakaharap sa mga pasyente so habaan niyo din sana yung pasensya niyo!! Wag mambastos sa kapwa. Ayun lang. Thanks po!

Iminumungkahi ko sa ating Bayan na kahit ito ay Pribado sana ang kanilang komunikasyon na pangpubliko ay damihan dahil sa ito ay ospital na pangunahing kailangan ng mamamayan!

Who ever is in charge with approval of hmo. Please fire her. She wasn't helpful. Hindi daw covered. Kung hindi pa namain sya pinilit na tawagan medicard hindi sya tutulong
Turns out. Covered naman pala. Her shft is 11/12/2020 around 1 pm to 4 pm. I didn't get her name.
