Beautiful House on the Ocean

Not a bad place to spend the holidays. The house is nice, if a little bare bones, in a fairly quiet area. Road noise can be a little much at times though. Be prepared to bring all of your own cooking supplies (pots, pans and, utensils etc.) and possibly bedding/towels. There is no wifi but the cell signal is ok. No TV so be prepared for that if you have kiddos running around! Beach is gorgeous to look at but not great for swimming...its extremely rocky and only really usable at high tide and then only for wading. Be careful on the rocks they are very slippery. Also be aware that this rental is in a small fairly rural community; basics are available but not much. Nearest big grocery store is in ghihugnan and the nearest mall is in dumaguete. Overall not a bad place to spend a quiet weekend but maybe not the best for two weeks visiting the family.
