Hap Chan - Vigan

I love the food and the service was excellent, staff are pleasant and accomodating. They are patient in helping me to install my access code.

Food is good and staff are accomodating. The restaurant is within the heritage site.

Good sized portions and food was good too. I came with a group of 3 on a Sunday around lunchtime and there was plenty of seating available. The Hong Kong milk tea was not like the picture, so don’t recommend it. The sweet and sour chicken was crispy. There was AC and prices were moderate. Decent WiFi too. The shrimp dim sum was good too. Will come again.

Recommended for dumplings, dim sum, and Chinese food. The staff are friendly and the food is delicious

Decent amount of serving.. Good Taste.. the only problem is the limited parking space. 10 mins walking distance from other hotels in the heritage area.

There were no customers when we arrived but service was slow.

Food was as expected , typical of Hap Chan.

If only the crew exerted a little more effort with their job, it could have been a better dining experience during our visit.

Would you like flies with that? It is hard to eat when you are swatting flies off your food. (Indoors)

The food was ok, but usual story in Philippines "no stock sir.... That dish has sold out". I said "but that's why we came in here, because of the big photo of that dish you have on the sign out front.

It was hot, air con insufficient.

I sent back one dish ... Comparing to the menu I explained... "In photo 90% beef, but you serve 90% pasta with 10% beef"

The crispy chicken was deep fried... While I'd hoped for oven roasted so it's not tough.

Crab and corn soup nice. Sweet and sour pork was traditional 'western Chinese' and yummy. Fried rice was nice.

Nice friendly staff as usual in Philippines. This place could be good with better management.

We ordered beef congee, beef brisket noodles, siopao &drinks. There siopao is slightly bigger than an egg, smallest I've ever seen. Taste does have much flavour. I wouldn't waste a cent in this restaurant.

We were already seated . They even asked us how many pax. Then they informed us that they ran out of fuel/lpg and they cannot serve food. It looked like it is 9pm and they were about to close because the staff was already eating.

Well Hap Chan just knocked Jollibee out of my third worse place to eat.. The rice was cold, Lemon Chick tepid and dried out also the actual chicken was difficult to find. The tofu with ground pork was not worth eating..... Staff were useless...
