Very Professional and straight forward to explain the process. Knowledgeable in visa processing and facilitation. Efficient. We tried to get assistance from other agency but we still ended up going back to get there service bacause of their expertise.

After finding out that my Korean visa got approved on a Wednesday, I had to wait for several days before Travel Pros reached out to me. I called after 3 days of approval around noon time on Saturday and the lady on the phone said my passport is not there yet. Around 7pm the same day, I received their email saying my passport is available for pickup. Not sure if the lady didn't check my passport or there's just really a delay in bringing the passports to the branch. It's impossible that Korean embassy would release passports on Saturday morning.

Their processing fee is a bit pricey - paid 2400 including 900 processing fee paid to KVAC which means they pocket 1500 - I was hoping they would provide a premium service like at least take the passports from KVAC immediately. It seems to they are doing batch processing to save on cost and manpower.

First of all they are definitely not the cheapest agency for visa application. They are about 500 to 600 php more expensive than their neighbour Attic. We only chose them because we saw them on a listing of authorized agency for Korean Visa application. Our papers were given to a trainee to inspect. That should have been our red flag regrettably. One of our Visa application was denied despite providing all required papers due to a preventable reason "no valid reason for travel provided" which could have been rectified by an itinerary which they declined as unnecessary. Good thing we went to Attic for our Japan Visa application or we might have suffered the same fate.
