The owner May is an awesome woman. Clean and comfortable and great price. We rented a scooter and drove around for the day. May and her assistants were happy to recommend places to go and help us get around during our short time in Roxas. Feels like home at Ocean Manor!

Me and my Team stayed here for a week Accommodating naman ang staff willing to assist you anytime..mag "ring the bell" ka lang sa lobby. If first time masasabi mo na parang di siya open kasi wala tao sa front desk at tahimik..kaya make you wonder kung tutuloy ka...pero sa inside ok naman may staff naman na oncall.

Room okie naman both sa team ko at sakin..additional beddings lang naman sila..for the needs like soap/toothbrush wala sila issue pero may nearby store naman na malapet..malapet din sa seashore/dagat yung place also with 5mins walk sa "Barakalan ng Roxas" so if ever may mabibilhan naman whatever you need.

Room can choose Fan or AC Room..all Okie naman..malaki ang room, madaming unan, may cabinet, table and chairs, bidet at Heater sa CR..hanger can request and sampayan pwede sa labas..WIFI meron din Moderate signal since nasa dagat nearby so kung sa telco work ka like us maunawaan mo baket pumipitik minsan ang signal. May mga rooms sila na adaptable for PWD Guest.

Mainit sa labas kasi malapet sa dagat. Overall stay okie naman..pwede naman Early or Late Check In..for the Room Rate affordable naman and pasok sa budget..may dispenser din sila ng drinking and hot water so kung mahilig ka mag kape at mag tea pwede naman as much as you like.

If you need quite place to stay at simple lang..we do recommend it here..may OR issue din naman sila..

Ang issue lang sa both room..di namin alam san galing yung amoy pero mabilis din nawawala..yun lang naman..

May be pag pumatok ulet sa turismo ang Roxas mas mapaganda pa nila ulet yung lugar.

Пожалуй единственное приличное место, где за адекватную цену можно остановиться на один или несколько дней. Утром готовят вкусный завтрак, с яичницей и кофе. Так же угощают фруктами с собственного сада. Говорят что вай-фай есть, по факту он есть, а интернет не работает :) Но, через дорогу есть кафе бар, с караоке и там есть отличный интернет, и это единственное место в Рохасе, где мы нашли вай-фай.

Quick responses and good customer service. Easy to find. Good value for money. Clean. Stopped over for one night. Room was as described and everything was in order. Breakfast was lovely and so was the owner. Would definitely return. Thank you

A nice accommodation in Roxas for just a stop or when catching a ferry in town.

Staff are nice and accommodating. Shops (small stores and eateries) near the place for some quick food or entertainment (Bottega). Walking distance to the port.

Wheelchair accessible.

Nice place that is within the town proper as well as walking distance to seashore.

The place is cozy and the rooms clean.
