the service they gave to our patient was not good. especially that nurse (name is nur). My daughter was left with a high fever for 3 hours without any medicine given.

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL - Customer Service is too unprofessional, some nurses and guards are not accommodating. They should improve their services, also not disclosing their lack of equipment before hand is a hassle to the patients and their watchers.

Poor handling of patients and staff. administration head does not care. will not recommend anyone i know to admit in here and advice them not to apply for work.
