Widus Hotel and Casino Clark

My first daughter get together party was held here at Widus hotel so we spent overnight for us not to get rush to her party and not to worry for her going back home at late hours. My daughters had enjoy spending time at the pool. had a great time staying here.

WIDUS Hotel has a great reputation for providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay, so you're definitely in for a treat. We stayed for a week in December 2023.

What differs from this place is the positive attitude of the staff to their job and towards the guests. From the front desk staff to the restaurant workers and pool personnel, everyone is very hospitable, glad to see you , and ready to serve you, Special thanks to the head chef of the breakfast restaurant, they treated us so good that you really feel special. Hope to see them our next visit.

my experience here in this Widus hotel clark , is superb 👍. vacationing makes it easier n memorable experience. from the clean rooms,front desk staff lead by ms Grethel to the outstanding superb staff at the buffet, Danni & kevin were very helpful especially with my current condition as a disabled person. i would recommend this hotel 💯. definitely ill come back to this location again next time i’ll be back here in Philippines. We only stayed overnight but it was great!
Front desk Miggy is very helpful, the security guards were so helpful as well. The room was textbook clean. I am very particular with bidets and wow it was super clean, i mean the head of the bidet. Affordable stay but textbook service!

We booked a room at Widus for mid Dec 2023 to attend the Asian Age Group Artistic Swimming Competition. Unfortunately the event was postponed 2months prior without a confirmed rescheduled date. We had accidentally also booked a room without cancellation. We reached out to the reservation dept and Mr Bryan Pagayonan was ever so helpful, patient and kind. We managed to cancel and get a full refund, and hopefully when the competition dates are confirmed in 2024 we will definitely be booking with Widus again. Thank you!

Good rooms, fun pool came here with family and we are coming back all the time. I also had my brother's birthday party here. I recommend this hotel

Staffs (such as Ronnie Melendez, Paulo Sanchez, Jeff, Arthur (forgot the rest)) were very accommodating, kind, friendly and approachable even with personal request.

Rooms were clean, utilities came clean it daily.

Great place we had fun, great buffet in morning dinner was nice casino close by, great pool slide, rooms clean, aircon.

Breakfast was an enjoyable experience. Completely different. We thought we had plenty of time to choose from everything that was freshly prepared. Again, extremely wonderful service.

Rooms can be spacious, and has bath tubs. Breakfast buffets are actually good and varied. For the price, I would recommend this as a good hotel for family vacations.

Good hotel with friendly staff. Front desk gave me a room upgrade too. Really good breakfast buffet - Filipino, Korean and continental option are available. Also serves a good selection of pasties and cakes. Wifi is available in the rooms but not fast enough for Zoom calls. Good enough for occasional emails, social media and light streaming.

Great to stay in, very good facilities and amenities & great for any occasion , very good staff and accomodating, yummylicious food with different cuisine you can choose for. Affordable price rate and lastly accessible transportation.

There are repairs currently ongoing but still a nice hotel.

Definitely coming back. It’s not as new as other nearby hotels but it is maintained well. The staff here are all helpful and able to address your needs well. The pool though is not properly maintained, a lot of dirt when you go swimming it’s like no one is cleaning the pool. So when we got off the pool we were itching all over. Breakfast food is also bland with not much choices i hope they can improve on this. I am still rating them a 5 because of their diligent staff members.

It’s a series of hotels with Casinos forming part of the Hann Leisure Group. So expect excellent customer service, comfortable rooms, sumptuous breakfast buffet.

Rooms can use a little maintenance. It is showing signs of wear and tear. But other than that, superb!

Couldn't ask for more. Slept like a baby in my hotel room and the breakfast buffet was sumptous. Cool staff and location was not bad.

The smell was 5 start. The venue was great. It was very cold but they managed to moderate the ACU coz everyone was chilling. Toilets were nice too..
