Earlier, I accompanied my sibling to the dental clinic. My sister had made an appointment last week. However, when we were already in line earlier, those who had just arrived were taken in ahead of us, even though they had just made appointments for the same day. I'm not sure if there's favoritism at play or if their assistants are intentionally doing that. It's the second time it's happened, but their service remains the same. It's quite frustrating—we were one of the first in line, but we ended up being the last ones to finish earlier.
