Dental Center by Dr. Kim Fajardo

I have used the Fora Mall location of the Dental Center by Dr. Kim Fajardo since my arrival in Tagaytay over 3 years ago for my teeth cleaning. Excellent experience from good hygienists every time. Another office for Dr. Fajardo is located at Ayala but I have always used his Fora location with equipment that rivals my US dentist.

I visited the branch in Fora mall and was extremely pleased with the service and pricing. I had a cleaning and a filling replacement and Dr. Reyes was really good. All the staff at this clinic were quite knowledgeable and very professional. The clinic was nice and complete with new equipment and it had a very relaxing ambiance. Great job Dr. Fajardo and all your staff.

I went today to have my teeth checked because of some sensitivity and though I have had my cleaning and whitening before with Doc Kim, they never fail to amaze me with their upgrades.

Especially in this time of COVID, they implement strict rules for the sake of the customer. Also, Doc Amy was very patient with all concerns and questions. Super recommended!

I asked the staff at the front desk how much it cost to have a tooth extraction, and she said it cost P1500; they did not explain to me that there would be a separate payment for x-ray, P.E. uniform, and other miscellaneous fees. I got shocked when I was about to pay my bill; it went to 12 thousand for four tooth extraction and cleaning. I hope next time the staff will be kind enough to inform your patient about the prices or at least give an approximate cost, including the x-ray, cleaning, assessment, etc. Customer service is critical in your business, or else patients won't be coming back to you.
