One Tagaytay Place Hotel Suites

Staff were very accommodating and the price is affordable

Booked it on agoda 2. Price is extremely reasonable super saver promotion 2k for 2 twin deluxe room. Upon checking in, one of us were given 1 bedroom suite due to no more twin room available. I guess its an upgrade. So thanks for that. I love the ambience here, everybody is so polite from the security guard, receptionist, bellboy and housekeeping staffs. They amazed me with the fast process, polite, warm greeting and we were given delicious welcome drink. I didn't expect too much when i booked here. Then i saw the room yes it is basic but it is clean, no foul smell, CR was okay, hot water running smoothly eventhough the pressure is not to big but acceptable. TV is tcl brand with netflix and good internet. Room has the amenities like toothbrush, towel and slipper. Room temperature is very cold and comfortable with the aircond always on and i love it. It was my pleasure to stay here and made right decision to book here. I will come back again if i can get that price, and also will recommend to my friends and family back in manila about how great this hotel is.

Cons:
1.elevator need upgrade. Have 2 elevator but only 1 is working. Only 4 people can fit. So the waiting time is very long for the elevator that i took stair from 6th floor to grounf floor and I'm pregnant. Maybe try to improve on that
2. Room got no handtowel and floor towel, after shower all the floor gotten wet
3. No place to hang the towel or anything after shower. So we just leave our towels on the sofa
4. Got a terrace/veranda but no chair to sit
5. Very narrow parking space

Overall i still think is a good stay consider the budget price. I just hope the hotel will make the improvement to the elevator and hopefully the room.

It was an agoda booking. Its actually cheaper than the hotel rate. But the service is the same as hotel service.
They also have massage which is sooo relaxing @702 pesos only.

Very convenient location. Near restos and tourist attractions. Clean and classy rooms. Easy parking, most of the time, for staycation visitors. Only CON is no direct connection to the restos in front.

It is very accessible to everything in Tagaytay! Plus the rooms are good for 5-6 persons already. Their pool is only functioning between 8am-6pm, and the water is cold! The place is secured because they have a guard from the parking and their receptionist is present 24/7. Btw, it is a condo-type room, and I think you cannot do walk-ins here. I'm just not sure.

One Tagaytay Place Hotel Suites is a nice hotel with excellent food and service.
We had some medical emergency with my Partner at around 8 at night and the hotel was very prompt in arranging a nurse which was of real great help. I sincerely thank the hotel staff and to the Nurse. Room 509

Meals served are all good and delicious. The staff are accommodating & respectful. Rooms are clean and the conference/seminar hall is conducive to learning. Definitely recommendable

We enjoyed our stay here in a comfortable room. We had a nice breakfast in the attached restaurant.

Place is clean. Staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet choices could be better but food is good. Real value for the price. 8 out of 10 would return here.

✔ IT IS VERY ACCESSIBLE TO CONVENIENCE STORE, OTHER SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS.

✔THE STAFF, FROM THE SECURITY GUARDS, FRONT DESKS, MAINTENANCE, HOUSEKEEPING AND STAFF IN THE AMACENA WERE VERY ACCOMODATING. THEY WERE ALL SMILING AND VERY HELPFUL.
→ SPECIAL MENTION TO MS. TAMMIE WHO ATTENDED ALL OUR NEEDS FROM THE BOOKING PROCESS UNTIL WE ARRIVED AND CHECKED-OUT AT THE HOTEL.

✔THE ROOM THAT WE STAYED AT THE THIRD FLOOR WAS VERY CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND VERY RELAXING. IT HAS A TCL TV WITH NETFLIX AND GOOD INTERNET CONNECTION.

✔THE ROOM HAS AMENITIES LIKE COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLED WATER AND COFFEE.
IT ALSO HAS TOOTHBRUSH, TOWELS, SLIPPERS, SOAPS, AND BOXES OF COTTON BUDS.
I LIKE THE SHOWER WHEREIN THE HOT AND COLD HEATER ARE WORKING WELL.

✔THE FOOD-- THE BREAKFAST WAS TOTALLY FINE.

✔THE PARKING, IT'S VERY NARROW. LUCKILY, WE JUST BROUGHT A SEDAN DURING OUR STAY.

✔OUR CHECK-OUT TIME IS 12 IN THE AFTERNOON BUT THEY LET US STAYED UNTIL 12:30 WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE.

WE WILL DEFINITELY BOOK AND STAY HERE AGAIN AT ONE TAGAYTAY PLACE HOTEL SUITES.
WE WILL ALSO RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS AND RELATIVES WHO PLAN TO HAVE THEIR STAYCATION IN TAGAYTAY.

Tagaytay is really one of the best destinations for short vacation, very short travel time from Manila and cold weather. Our midweek staycation in One Tagaytay Place is very relaxing, very accessible to public transportation and very near to the places we can explore. Just walking distance to Our Lady of Manaoag which is our main purpose, to meditate and Picnic Grove.

Since there were only few occupants at the hotel, because its off peak season, there were no hussle on the check-in process. The staff were very accommodating and the place is clean, though the rooms are small, its conducive to sleeping, we were able to relax.

The breakfast was so great and we enjoyed the food.

Great for an OFW quarantine facility with a really nice view in my room. Hotel staff are courteous and always willing to help in doing errands for quarantined OFWs. Of course the staff also practices social distancing and safety protocols while communicating with OFWs.

a great place for a weekend family stay.they serve great bulalo and everyone is very courteous. the "o-spa" ia heavenly,dont miss it.the downside so far is that our room is on the 6th flr and their wifi is really weak.

Very nice place with hardworking and polite team. Food is super-delicious (thanks to Chef Mike), waitors are super positive and logistic questions were always solved quickly and professionally.

We love it here. Cozy place. Love the view. And the food! It's a must that you try the food in Amacena. Worth every penny.

Got a promo with breakfast and massage for just 4k thru their website. The rooms are spacious, hot water is gpof, perfect resting place after activities around tagaytay

I loved this place there were yummy food for breakfast and I love the swimming pool but to clod so I stayed at 1ft haha!

A must-visit place for travelers and locals alike. The food is good. Rooms are excellent.
