Bank personnel, specifically the Branch Officer (not sure if that is the exact designation) named Leslie is such an immature one. She is not treating our staff well every time our staff makes withdrawal transactions as representative for our admin petty cash fund. I think she needs more training in customer service. Also, queue are always very long. Dont know if they do something about resolving that. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
