Nice bank, they use iPads too to get ur ticket and u are able to indicate what problem you need to resolve. The lines depend on what day it is but I didn’t have to wait so long. Allot at least an hour so you know what to expect. I was able to change my mobile otp here because I lost my sim card and it was very fast. Just had to fill up a form, and give it to the teller then changed it there on the spot. Easy transaction

The line is massive and insane.

There is only one teller. The teller also uses her personal phone and makes calls even when there is a client waiting in front of her.

It is good to have a bank near the cityland. The problem is, if you are a tourist like us that need cash their ATM always rejects withrawal from other bank. (Transaction Failed)

Waist of time! Been there more than an hour and got nothing! Worst Branch Ever. Teller uses her phone despite of massive client waiting. Teller will also ask you to change details in the ipad back and forth .. Terrible experience. Never again in this branch. Has to improve customer service or change your teller.

Look for other bank or branch instead, hindi nakakatuwa dito, lalo n yung tao sa ctr 1, pabalikbalik ka, bawat transaction get another queue, without further instruction, basta ang sasabihin nya lang, sa ipad ichange, kuha ng queue. Hayst super ubos oras dito😡pati pasensya mo😤
