HONEST FEEDBACK..
Been here for emergencies several times due to my hypertension caused by anemia and I was able to get help and was given first aid immediately. Also, some of our family members have already been hospitalized here, since it is the nearest and the only private hospital here in Montalban. So far our experience is good enough.

I can understand that most of their ER staff are busy and maybe tired for long workshift, which is why most of them are not as friendly as high end hospitals where they can afford to hire more staff.

They also have some friendly staff or nurses, but very few, maybe those ones who are truly passionate with what they do.

Hopefully our government will invest in helping hospitals in areas like ours where we only have one private hospital. I know that most of their staff and nurses are not friendly, but what's more important is the doctors are doing a great job and they are friendly (well, not all, but most of them are).

So let's support this only hospital here in Montalban. I think if most staff and nurses in this hospital will be friendly, people will be supporting this hospital.

My niece Avi C. Nuguid works there as a nurse. She's like my own daughter. She went to good schools, she did not waste her time, studied hard from k to Colleges and at the same tym taking care of her ill mother with the help of her 4 brothers. I live in the US. The distance is not a barrier, everyday I get in touch with them thru the internet. I'm proud of all of them especially Avi being the eldest and the only girl. She is kind, calm, modest and intelligent. Growing up without a father is very hard. God is good, now they all have a life of their own and family. Avi chose to work at H Village Hospital, she told me about it, she like it, It's good. I believe her. I'm sure of her devotion and knowledge in her profession.
This is a good hospital for the community!

Coming from the UK, we found the service to be excellent. We were seen on time for our appointment, and an evening emergency was dealt with immediately. Charges reasonable too. Recommended highly.

Slow outpatient services, high rates. Emergency department is okay, but there are times wherein you'll need to do hospital transfers due to unavailability of service, equipment or specialist.

Super bagal, di ko alam kung bwisit sa trabaho niya yung isang attendant na bakla or ganun lang talaga ugali niya eh.

If you’re thinking to bring patient for check up, go lang. But if critical, I suggest wag na. We lost our mom last Jan 2021. Hindi sila gagalaw sa emergency ng walang pera. Bili ka muna ng need na gamot or kung ano man bago nila aasikasuhin. 8AM namin dinala yung mama namin, pero 6PM na naadmit. Wala silang CT Scan which yun yung sobrang need dahil brain na ang tinamaan sa mama ko. No proper ICU din. Though the nurses are good. Mabait sila. But the facilities, wala talaga. So I guess, if critical, wag niyo na dito dalhin. Dun na kayo sa siguradong hospital. Para sa mga taga Rizal, I think better sa San Mateo Medical Center

Nandun kami kagabi due to emergency, while waiting s mga upuan nila, dyusko d p din nagbabago, napakalamok pa rin..parang mas dumami pa yta ngayon....

Bgla ko naalala wala kami nakitang total bill s ginawa s anak ko, puro papirma lng since hmo ang gamit...trinatry namin kontakin now to ask, not accesible ang number nila

Good thing inasikaso nman ang anak ko, medyo d lang talaga sila friendly mula noon hanggang ngayon
