San Mateo Medical Center

My 14 yo son got admitted in San Mateo Medical Center and I am satisfied with their service.
1. Lights - Maliwanag ang buong Hospital and Hindi sya creepy
2. Food - My son said that their Chef did a great job
3. Nurses and Staff - Friendly and accommodating
4. Doctors - Accommodating, approachable and explain everything clearly
5. Room - Clean and AC is cold with 2 to 3x a day cleaning
6. Facilities - Complete and if some test need to be done outside, they process it internally
7. Emergency Room - Clean, staff, nurses, Doctors, etc act quickly
8. Philhealth - I just have to fill out a form and they will process everything, no papers needed from outside
9. Billing - They gather all necessary info internally. Billing will just call you in the room if everything is ready.

No stress added by the hospital compared to other hospital experiences.

They have improved so much compared to their opening year. HMO still had some delays but their services recently has improved. Everyone is very accommodating.

I and my son was confined there and it was a grear experienced because of their good service.

They have contact tracing form for both patient and companion. Hospital is clean, not crowded because it's a new hospital. Information desk and other offices have barriers and alcohol.

the security is very delightful. the people in the information are also very helpful. almost everyone i talked to and interacted are very professional.

I had operation last August 8, 2023. Nurses are so nice and employees are good in explaining.

Fast transaction and everyone is nice🥰🥰🥰

I had my first check up here and the hospital is spacious and clean. All the staff and doctors are nice and they treat you well.

The hospital is new, very clean, the staff are very approachable.

Para sa akin maganda naman po Yun trato nila sa pasyente sa mga nurses at doctors mababait at alerto naman..kaka admit ko lang dto nun 13..mahal nga lang tlga Pero maayos naman ang pasyente..pashare ko lang tong pix ng Isng nurse gaan ng Kamay magtusok mabait,walang arte..
