There's always a line here. Difficult to go there in the morning because there's no shade to protect you from direct sunlight in the morning. Best to go in the afternoon esp if there's a line outside.

Long hours of waiting.....

The customer service representative who assisted me was very helpful and polite. She's doing her job very well. The only challenge in this branch is the long waiting time. I suggest to bring food, water, portable fan, and an umbrella. When I was there, I waited almost 4 hours for a 5-minute transaction. If you want to save your time, I advise to go to a different branch na sa tingin mo konti lang ang tao na pumupunta.

I do not have an account with this bank, but I occasionally have to endure about an hour of waiting time just to deposit funds for a colleague. They have a machine that accepts deposit but the feature to allow deposits by inputting account number is disabled. This machine could have saved me a lot of waiting time. It would have also lessen their queue for cash deposit transactions, thereby shortening their client's waiting time by a wide margin. May I suggest that you re-enable this feature for both our convenience. Another thing, for the times that I have visited this branch, there seemed to be only one cashier for your normal bank transactions. Just an observation, 3 out of 5 cashier seats are always empty.

Overcrowded

only 1 CS does a good job here (counter5) but the rest are not helpful at all.

Really slow service, combining time-consuming transactions (like account opening&CC applications) with brief transactions like card pick-up.

The manager is at fault for this. No efforts in improving the efficiency on this branch.

Worst branch ever and banking experience ever. Closing my account now.

1. No parking.
2. No proper process. You only take less than 5 minutes to claim your card but it will take to you more than to fall in line even if it is raining.
3. Line has no system. No one is assisting to fix the line. If you will not even have a number if you are still outside.
4. Some tellers are quite arrogant and people are not accommodating.

I understand the current situation but if you are there you will not be able to help but to compare to the other neighbor banks here.

Very bad service. Worst branch. You have to pay for the ATM card and the pin as well. It takes a week for card and pin release. They should have an option for card delivery as you have to wait for an hour just for collecting your card. Waiting in a very long queue in a hot weather, not even have a fan for their customers waiting outside the branch.

It was dreadful. Walang pakealam ang management sa mga customers. They let the customers stand in line under the hot sun. Wala nang social distancing because everyone is trying to get away from the sun. Hindi naman siguro kawalan na bumili Ng chairs and a tent for the customers diba? Sabi nung guard they relay the sentiments of the customers to the management. Pero Sabi nila ipaparenovate na daw ung branch. But akin Lang what happens to those people that still needs to go to the branch? My purpose there was to change my cp number. It took 2 and a half hours for a 5 min transaction. Nakakabaliw!
