3 stars because their service is slow, though the cashiers are corteous. There are 3 counters but with only two cashiers.

service is so slow. . . only one person is available on the counter. . . i waited almost 1 hour to be called or assisted

I came here for interbranch check encashment at 11:50am my number was catered at 12:35pm at 1:30pm I asked the desk officer/staff for my check follow up and lo and behold my check was debunked along with other papers on the side. I was from a 72-hour duty and its 2pm already when I was finally given my cash. Thank you but it could have been faster if you have a system, like landbank for example.

I went here around 9:30 Am to have my pin reset for my pag ibig cash card which was issued to me 2 years ago so naturally I would have forgotten my pin as I only used it once.I didn't imagine I will be number 40 straightaway when the bank just opened.I can only see less than 30 people so I don't understand why I was given the number 40.I thought of opening an account here before but now I changed my mind coz this bank is just very slow.I just snucked out of work(thank goodness I work from home) and these clerks doesn't give a damn about your time.I can't wait to just finish my transaction and never go back to this bank again.
