Worst customer service experience. I had to endure almost two-hour wait just to claim an ATM card.

1 hour waiting time outside the bank and the queue almost did not budge, only 1 teller is present serving many priority customers first and it was already past noon. Left the premises and will never bank with them again.

Today is August 28, 2021 my parents went in your branch bdo magalang pampanga all we know is you are open on Saturday til 5:30pm by referring on what information youve displayed in google map . Unfortunately you were closed.
Such a disappointment!

Apparently, opening a cash card here in this branch requires barangay clearance. I have shown 2 valid IDs and stated that i have SSS and TIN nos. Such a stupid requirement!

Why you closed the bank for international remittance. My family needs the money as soon as possible. You should have sent us prior notice that remittance are not available. You suppose to help in times of crisis, what you did just gave more problem to the families.

Poorest BDO Branch in terms of Customer service. Madami nakong pinuntahang Branch and ito na yata ang worst so far.
11-16-23 4:43PM - almost an hour na, walang queue na umaandar, pero iilan lang ung mga customers sa CS area nila, daming bakante. Di nako nakatiis, nagpunta nako to ask bakit di gumagalaw, wala man lang apology and nagstart ng magassist. The worst thing about this is SUPER TAMAD pa na nagassist. Lahat ng questions puro "di po namin makikita" ang sagot. Such a waste of time. Di man lang nagattempt na ivheck ang account, ako na nagvovolunteer na "baka pwede mo icheck at least baka may info lang sa account if set up na ang ADA ko".

I would understand if wala talaga access but ang dating sakin is push back kc she kept on cutting me off. Di man ako pinapatapos magexplain and puro wala syang info.

If I can give her lower than 1 star, I would.

Wala akong nareceive na refund sa account ko tas ayaw nyoi process ung disputeform ko? Napakabilis nyo mangbawas ng balance tas ayaw nyo asikasuhin yung refund?p*ta ni wala akong makausap sa customer service na binigay nyong number. Bwiset

Nagwithdraw po kanina bandang 10am,,nagprocessing ng matagal at biglang nagoffline..and then nagbalance ako sa metrobank puregold na debit na pala ako..bumalik ako bdo at sabi lang ng guard sa akin tawagan ku lang yung # sa card ko at bingyan niya ako ng contact..hangga ngayon hindi ku parin mareport report😓😓😓

poor customer service.may account kami ayaw kami bigyan ng cheking account.kala ko ba pwede ang kumuha ng personal cheking account?nakakadismaya.
