Antipolo Hospital System Annex 3

My brother, Salvador, was admitted last week. He has told us how grateful he was with the doctors, nurses, and hospital staff who helped him recover from covid especially an attentive nurse named Girlie. We are very grateful for her and the whole staff that took excellent care of him.

Wonderful nurses and doctors! Accommodated my dad even if they are now a covid facility. Dad felt better in less than 2 hrs. Usually my dad’s uncomfortable going to hospitals due to negative experiences in the past. But this time, he’s the one who asked me to leave a recommendation and 5 star rating to you guys. Keep it up! 👏🏻

This public is nice compared to the other public hospitals I've been.
It's new clean, not crowded and organized for OPD section.
If you're going to have check up specially for pregnant or OB you have to be there as early as you can.
They only accepts 8 new patients and 12 for follow-up check up.
They start to calling name around 8:30am. I had 3 attempts for me to get a slot. On the third time I got there at 4:45am.
The con is it will take a loooong time to finish just a usual check up. I got registered at 8:30am it took 5mins. I was told to come back at 10:30am.
The doctor arrives around 12nn. I have my laboratory and ultra sound results photocopied from other clinic, (I've heard the laboratory here is free, not sure if it's true). The consultation with the doctor took around 5mins as well. I left the hospital around 1pm.

I'm so sorry but this hospital is unclean, our patient sleeping to this bed lot of Rust and blood drops, even in the Ground. I don't think so if the area are sanitized, and daily Disinfected dusty stuff walls and Toilet. I saw some nurses they are taking blood from patients without wearing Gloves, or performing Hand hygiene.

Poor service ever!!!!!!!! Many of their staff is lack of ability in handling patients especially in emergency situation!!!we ever experience bad treatment and poor service so I don’t suggest this it to anyone try other hospitals service.
