One Vittoria Hotel

If i could give 10 stars, i would! Hotel facilities are very good, our room aircon was very cold. The daily breakfast spread which is being served in The Commissary, the hotel restaurant, was delicious. They offer free shuttle to the city proper. Hotel also has an adjacent pasalubong shop which serves classic Filipino delicacies. Also worth mentioning, their toiletries are made up of all things organic! Not scrimping on quality - Definitely 5 star feels!

Also, never have my family and i experienced such hospitality as warm as this hotel has let us feel. The owner Ma'am Marsha was always there to check on us and help us with whatever we needed to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

She was most hands-on; every guest she personally and individually welcomed with genuine warmth. It felt very much like coming home to your favorite family member ❤ Definitely coming back in the near future.

Excellent service overall. The selections at the breakfast buffet were excellent & service of their staff were superb. The bakery next door had so many pastries to choose from & tasted good. This hotel is expanding & I highly recommend this place & the price is reasonable. The owner & the entire staff were very friendly & polite.

Highly recommended. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are courteous and service is awesome. Ms. Marsha is very accommodating. And the food is heavenly (my god!), that is not an understatement! I could eat everything everyday, twice!

Our room was clean and spacious. The food at the resto has excellent taste with lots of choices. Plus points on its location since it is along the main road and Marcia's pasalubong center is just beside it, making it hassle-free in choosing what o bring s pasalubong. The hotel staff were very attentive and welcoming.

Everything about this hotel is the good service and of course the good food. My family decided to go see North instead of going South. We enjoyed the room, surprised how beautiful the bedrooms are and of course the food. Service was wonderful, they are all smiling including the owner. I highly recommend this place :)

This was an outstanding hotel, highly recommend it for everyone. I am on vacation now but i normally travel for my job in the United States and this hotel is far better than many i have stayed at. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The staff member that i had the most contact with was the front desk clerk Angel, she was on duty when i checked in and when i checked out. She has such a beautifully infectious smile that i dont think that i will ever forget it. I would love to stay in contact with her and the hotel. And the next time i vist the Philippines i will ensure i stay at this hotel again. I have never written a review of any hotel before that is how much i enjoyed my vist here.

Owner always wear her smiles. Staff are very nice and also have their smiles. Facilities are well maintained. Breakfast is quite good and complete. Hot choco is a must try. Adjacent to Marsha's delicacies which has the best Vigan royal bibingka. Definitely we will again stay there when going to Vigan.

This hotel is highly recommended, hotel staff are well trained. Food is also awesome. We also got extra bed for my kids. And before we leave the hotel, I believe the owner of the hotel gave us some "pasalubong" which is really great!

Kim (from the front desk) and her team called us a few minutes after we left to inform us of an iPad we left in our room. Returned the following day to get it as we could not go back for it on the same day. Trustworthy, clean and very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended!😊

One of the best hotel In ilocos sur, if not the best. Price is definitely worth it. They offer buffet for breakfast that offers a mix of local and international dishes.

My favorite would be the champorado, and their super thick and creamy hot choco.

They have an in store restaurant called, THE COMMISSARY where you can choose in a variety of international dishes like kebabs, salads, steaks and many more!

Look no more. One of the (if not the best) hotel to stay in Vigan. EXCELLENT service! + GREAT food! ... Don't forget to pass by Marsha's delicacies for your pasalubong especially their Bagnet!!! 😍😍😍

Very nice place! Clean and beautifull hotel. The staff is really nice and the service is A1. Best place to go near vigan city. The shutter service is really nice too. I would go back anytime!

This is my favorite hotel in the north. Try to book the corner rooms if those are available so you will get a very huge space. Don't forget to drop by the adjacent Marsha's Delicacies for your pasalubong.

Aside from the usual welcome drinks in the hotel, they will also provide a sampler of Marsha's products in your room.

Perfect place to relax. Staffs are very accomodating and very hands on owner. Highly recommended. Service beyond expectation! Ohh and i will never forget the good food served at the commisary. Will surely comeback.

The Hotel is also Fantastic Clean and Organize and we Stay last month and until now i still remember the wonderful experience ..I congratulate all the staff at Vittoria Hotel for doing a great job !☺

Delightful..a very relaxing place after a long drive from Hundred Islands. A cozy place to go to. Clean and very much satisfied in the room we're staying in.

Slept here for a night and it was great.. even met the owner while having breakfast.. the rooms are superb and it’s worth the price..
