When I learned that my mom was confined in this hospital, I checked immediately the website. I immediately dialed the number. Thanks to the receptionist who accepted my long distance call. I was able to speak with my mom and my cousins who were with her by that time. Thank you very much for your time and patience. More power!!!!

This place is awesome! They are always very helpful in clearing up my sexually transmitted diseases. I'm always getting herpes because I'm a male prostitute. This hospital fixes me every time!

Out of all hospitals in Vigan /Bantay area, I can say this is one of the best. My mother has 2 surgeries here. She mentioned about many student nurses suffocated her because they crowded around her, her first sight after waking up from anesthesia.
Their services aren't too expensive, not far from their competitors'. They easily process insurance discounts.
Even during repairs and maintenance works within their premises, things aren't disorganised. Their hallways are not always crowded. They have wide range of specialties available.
Btw, if mammogram is what you're looking for they don't have it.

I can applaud about their parking space, which I can say is Vigan's biggest problem. Also, their medical records staffs are very initiative and helpful to guardians of patients who require help with paperwork, especially when filing for insurance sickness benefits such as in SSS. This hospital needs more improvement, obviously, but good enough overall.

The nursing staff is okey, but i really want to complain about their billing section. It took us hours to wait for our billing despite the fact that we already have a partial billing in the morning. The doctor discharged us during his rounds at around 09:30.
AM, and the billing section only finished the discharge processing past 5PM! Imagine my frustration at them. They are also using computers so I don't know what is taking them so long if they have a system for it. All relevant documents needed were also already given to them early. Also during the admitting process, they required me to go to the Philhealth office which is also located at the billing section. It took me more than 2 hours to wait just to present the philhealth id of my patient. I don't know if they improved already, as this happened to us early last year.

one star quality of the service is not much that good but some of the staffs are have a quality of service good communication the management of this hospital is bad not recommended for the people that has no money at all, if you have money the management can entertain you. the protocols of that hospital is buisness not the safety of the people.

Bad management. The cashiers act like they own the place. Would not recommend this hospital.

Nurses are inattentive. Too many to elaborate but to make it short, BAD SERVICE.
