By The Beach Cafe

One of the best place to chill and relax at San Fabian Beach. You can order your drinks and food here til 11pm. If you opted to stay longer, rooms are also available for reservation 😊

Best place to unwind. The service and foods are good.
The staffs and even the owners are very friendly. They were very accommodating.

This is Highlands Cafe by the Beach. Place is nice to stay a while specially during sunset.

I liked the cheese pizza. Similar to Cafe Shibuya, but better! Try it with the ribs and whiskey ginger!

Maganda ang lugar. Maganda pati dagat mag eenjoy kahit mga bata.

Food was good, they have several versions of your usuals.. a chic place considering it's almost remote (the far end of San Fabian Beach), a very instagrammable Beach resto.. Nice hippie concept; you'd have a chill relax time getting a quick bite by the beach. I heard they do events here too, they have an upcoming Halloween special '17.
People drive to go here, I see some teens on tricycles from the main road take a special trip probably to Instagram the place.. Overall this is a cool place.
One thing I did not like is that they're somewhat over strict with the 5pm opening, I ordered 1 San mig light at about 4:50pm and the girl at the cashier gave me a snide remark that they don't open till 5pm. I get the strict part, but she could've expressed it in a more polite manner, they're in the customer service bit still apparently.. ;)
