The picture I posted is mostly decorative as it's not entirely related to what I went for. I needed screws, and plastic cavity plugs for concrete, and hooks to hold that type of protective tube you see on the picture. Alex went beyond his duty to make sure that I get the best fit for everything I needed since the hooks did not come with screws but nails instead and I wanted something better, so we checked everything to match to the right sizes. It turned out to be all perfect when I used it at home. Alex made me feel like I was at a Western style store where the customer is first. I'm not Filipino. Thank you City Hardware in Butuan across Robinson's Place, and thank you Alex.

Very friendly and helpfull staff, that's the main reason why I like to go here when I need hardware for my house. They have a great sortiment with affordable prices.

This store have many selections for home improvements / construction materials, to light's, comfort room items to doors and chandelier and other stuff that ur home or office needs and the stuff personnel are nice and cooperative to the customers needs and they don't pester you by always asking what do you need wherever you go they just stay far but not to far for you to be able to ask about the items that you're asking for which is good they don't pressure you onto buying their items, they even let you canvas that fit to you're budget and I think even the person with disability or sitting in the wheelchair can enter and for the biggest problem I see to the other store is itssssss sooooo hot I mean where's the ventilation man but in this store I like it so 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent place to shop for practically everything you need for construction, repairs, electrical, plumbing, gardening, tiles, and a lot more at reasonable prices. Adequate parking space too.

Clean and friendly staff.

All the lumber, tools and materials you could ever think of, not much on electronic parts but its a hardware of course.

This like Home Depot of America. Love finding stuffs that I need in one place.
