Rapha Valley

True to it's mission, Rapha Valley is a fabulous place for the mind and body to rest. We had a strategic retreat and found it to be a very productive venue to really focus. Well taken care of facilities. The garden is well maintained. And the food is exceptional. There is no doubt that the the clean mountain air, water and food (mostly vegetarian) made the retreat successful.

You can tell that the place is run by people who truly cares and have alot of heart. Thanks you to Mdm Tess, Dr Jo and team for having us.

Great place to de-stress which offer healthy options as well as physical and mental healing. Dr. Jo is quite an energetic host and we got a short talk and introduction to plant-based diet vs. Animal-based. Offers good food and nice ambiance.

We came here just to have a look for the place and we have a breakfast, a very delicious and healthy breakfast. 😘 I just didn't take a photo of there foods but it was so nice and healthy, And the place here was amazing they also have bonfire and , can stay here for overnight, but we didn't, cause we don't have enough cash to pay cause cannot pay by card , So we just get our breakfast there relax for a while , and go 😊 😘

Visited the place yesterday (dec.30,2023) the owner is very accommodating and we learned a lot from his impromptu explanation on how to eat healthy ..food was excellent and the place is really beautiful and very peaceful

My group of zumbamommies went there to check it out. I personally believe that healthy lifestyle is not only by zumba but ofcourse of the food we eat. So i really encouraged the ladoes to visit thos place.

Food: The food as i expect was not the usual taste one filipino served on the table. Bit o know its what an authentic organic food would be like. So it was a bit of a cultur3 shock to some of the mommies in our group. Esp. One of our member is a karinderya owner and she personally do cooking

Service: our food got a bit mixed up.

Atmosphere: The place is beautiful. Its nearing noon and the sun is blasting. But the plants are green.

Bonus: the lnowledge we got on the proper food nutrients. It was too much to absorb and shockingly scary but if indeed a person really wanted to be healthy....he or she shud embrace this food prep.

Also thanks to the owner/s for warmly greeting us.

It was my first time to visit this resort and was impressed from my first interaction. The staff are warm, accommodating and knowledgeable. The owners passion, attentiveness to details and desire to provide guests with a quality experience clearly shines through. This was an excellent experience all around!
