Nice staff. Will even suggest for cheaper but equally effective products. One time I had to return some medicines I bought 3 days before, in the hope I can have it replaced by another brand because it has side effects to my mother. They were kind enough to allow and were patient to look for the other brands that suits my mother.

Staff are very helpful and friendly.

I have a ver bad experience with them .I ask one of my staff to buy medicine for my husband , The person who assisted is Ms Dhel.She gave a wrong medicine . In the prescription is Rosugrel but they gave Plogrel. I tried to call to exchange the 10pcs Plogrel since its not what my husband need but Ms Dhel is making all excuses and telling lies to her supervisor over the phone and keeps on blaming the buyer( my staff). My other staff and my son was telling me that we should go there and they will testify that what Ms Dhel is telling everyone is not true. I am very , very frustrated with this person . I hope this will not happen again

We arrived five minutes before they closed to buy a prescription but the guard wouldn't allow us in. You close at 10:00. Not at 9:45 PM. Not 9:50. And not 9:55. If you don't want business after 9:55, put 9:55 as your closing time on the door.
