First of all, the current google map for this is wrong as the actual site of the national park is at least 30 minutes away from this location and is at San Miguel Bulacan.
Second, we had a good time in the park and we added the tour to the bat cave.
I saw from other reviews that some guests are complaining about the secondary rate fee for the additional tour which I believe is fair as the base rate for the tour guide for the basic tour is very cheap at 300 pesos only. So therefore if they will need to spend more time with you, they need to earn extra income which I find to be very very reasonable at current inflation.
I am sure the place will even look great if you go there during rainy season or after a heavy rain so that the river will be flowing with more water.
Overall, we are very glad to have visited a historical site.

Our trek and trip to the third cave, Tanggapan Cave, was, by far, the easiest. This cave was used by the Katipuneros as the acceptance area and most probably initiation site of new recruits to KKK. Along the way, our local guides managed to pick a few veggies and fruits to bring back home for their family. And, once more, just like the previous caves, the stone formations etched out by the hands of time are always mesmerizing to see.

Went here for our high school field trip a few years back and it was a fun experience. They'll let you do cave hiking and they'll let you swim in an underground river. Expect a lot of walking though! The place looked amazing as well.

Mt. Manalmon + Monkey Bridge+Bayukbuk Cave .. Caving is the best part of Biak na Bato National Park. Crossing through the monkey bridge gave the experience I never had before and made me face my fear of heights

Best to go during week days when the caves aren't over crowded. Local guides were very helpful and friendly. Cost is 150 PHP per cave + tips. You don't need any special equipment to visit the caves as they're of very easy access. You basically walk in and out, there's very little crawling and no climbing at all, except perhaps for the bats cave which we haven't entered. Reminder to bring a little torch as it can get quite dark and loads of mosquito repellent.

Great place. Well maintained. Spartan yet comfortable. The restrooms at the main park need some repairs but hey, it's better than digging your latrine. The community that manages the place is doing a great job.

Only 2 hrs from Manila, this national gem is offering great few hours trecks, guided tours with a taste of Philippine history woven into the various beautiful sites and caves along the route.
Recommended for nature lovers, large groups and small ones alike.

If you like Philippine history, climbing a trail of jagged rocks, having a canopy of natural foliage over your head, fresh spring water flowing down a large stream, swimming, steep climbs on ravines, hanging bridges, spelunking, camping, rapelling, hiking, extreme mountain-biking or anything nature-specific, this is the place to be. Not ideal to visit in the rainy season because flashfloods swell at enormous proportions due to the continuous merciless deforestration and quarrying of the nearby mountains. Not PWD-friendly. Lack of public toilets. Tourists should be briefed before entering the park instead of being obligated to pay tour guides: the local government should look into this issue because tour guides should be optional, not mandatory.
